The application center for wood fiber HOFZET focuses their researches on the increase of cellulose-based fiber materials, and the biogenic proportion in technical textiles. In connection with the use of bio-based hybrid composites with conventional reinforcing fibers, surface treatment and analytical study of the modifications is performed. In addition, intelligent, hybrid distance and multi-layer fabrics can be produced.
